A Little Bit About a BIG Company

Veteran owned and operated, Freedom Cleaning Solutions started off in Jacksonville Florida.  David Lasure, a 20 year retired U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret along with his son Austin also an 8 year U.S. Army Veteran and former security detail leader for high ranking U.S. officials in hostile environments throughout the Middle East began two family owned Janitorial companies.  Both David & Austin being from highly disciplined and demanding backgrounds, believe that the customer ALWAYS comes first.  Attention to detail and going the extra mile are built, literally into our backbones.  We focus on communication and professionalism when it comes to the cleaning services that we provide.


Austin Lasure – Owner, CEO

Austin is a 7 year U.S. Army Veteran who has seen his fair share of challenges and difficulties.  He worked for a private company another 4 years in various parts of the world providing security for U.S. Diplomats.  He brings his problem solving and diverse skillset to the business world by matching problems with solutions.  Austin personally meets with every client and every cleaning team member to assess the best fit.  His personal ethics keep the business in the right direction and he is always searching for better ways to provide the customer with a more feasible, applicable and cost saving solution.


Teresita Lasure – Owner, CFO

Teri has a BA in Criminal Justice & AS in Paralegal from the University of North Texas.  She is a 5 year U.S. Army Veteran and a logistics specialist having also worked under projects logistically for U.S. Embassies abroad for many years.  She brings her skillset and dedication to detail and attention to the company.  Teri works to provide all FCS clients with easy to understand communication in billing and contracts.  She is always working to save the customer time and money and ensure that all items are clear, timely and professional.


Jason Ventre – General Manager

After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Jason began his career in Management.  Over the last 16 years, he’s held several positions from Regional Manager to National Trainer.  Through that time, Jason has helped the companies he’s represented to exponentially grow and reach goals that were previously unattainable.  Jason brings his leadership experience and ideas to help clients and cleaners reach their business and personal goals.

Bea Masterson – Appointment Setter

Bea attributes her love of communication from over 20+ years in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster for a Fortune 500 company. She has a love for nature and chaired the Orlando chapter of the Sierra Club Hospitality Department. Bea also took part in publishing a cookbook for the Junior League Society of West Palm Beach as well as planning the annual art auction for the county. A natural people person and her honesty is what helps her bring clients to the Freedom family! She is a rescue mommy to her 4-legged friends and wonderful grandmother of three. Bea also loves to read and listen to Jazz! We are very proud and honored to have such an incredible person like Bea who’s natural way is to be helpful and loving to people and simply work together to accomplish something bigger.
